At Greensboro Gargoyles, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, field-ready condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
